Service Packages and Pricing
We offer three service tiers to support the level of service required for trips large and small, simple and complex.
Please note that:
– Your initial discovery call will always be complimentary
– Your suggested package and pricing will always be discussed upfront and before services are rendered
We want you to feel like you are getting a lot of value from the services you receive, never like you are surprised by a bill!
Essentials Package
Complimentary
~Includes: Hotel bookings, pre-set itinerary bookings and packages, including bookings within pre-organized group tours, cruises
~Ideal for: quick getaways, solo travelers visiting new destinations, couples/groups not requiring customized itineraries
Premium Package
Starting at $350/week
~Includes: Destination guidance, custom personalized itinerary including hotel/villa bookings, ground transportation, tours and guided activities, and a prepared destination guide with suggested activities and sights
~Ideal for: single-destination trips, personalized “highlights” itineraries, destinations with established tourism infrastructure
Signature Package
Starting at $750/week
~Includes: A full end-to-end custom curated itinerary, with lodging, all transport (ground/water/air), tours and guided activities, exhibit and event reservations, restaurant reservations, and as-requested concierge support
~Ideal for: multi-destination trips, off-the-beaten-path itineraries, exclusive and “un-googleable” local experiences
For travelers with a specific single-destination or joining a pre-arranged tour/itinerary, who do not need in-destination support with transfers/reservations/activities, we recommend you choose the Essentials Package.
For all custom, multi-destination itineraries and/or travel requiring in-destination logistics, support, and special access, the following chart may help you understand which package best suits your needs.

Our Process
We aim to turn every client we serve into a client for life and do that by focusing on really getting to know you and focusing on the details so that you will return from your trip saying “I’ll never travel without an advisor again!” We use a structured process of calls, proposals, and finalization steps to learn as much as we can about you and your travel needs and ensure you are happy with the travel plans as they come together.
Our process working together follows a process flow, walking thought the steps below:
Working with Et Elle Y Va: What to expect
~ Initial Discovery Call: Complimentary and no-obligation 30-minute call to discuss our services, your plans, and see if there is a fit. We will discuss destination, duration, travel goals and limitations, and investment, and make sure expectations are aligned in a ‘Travel Plan’, before moving on to proposals.
~ Proposal Conversation: Phone call of up to 1 hour to discuss the Initial Proposal, based on the previously aligned Travel Plan. At this stage, an outline of hotels, activities, and logistics is shown, with a few options to decide between. Options may be presented that fall at the high and low end of the target investment range. Feedback is taken on any pieces of the itinerary that need adjustment.
~ Proposal Acceptance: Once adjustments and decisions are made, the Proposal is accepted by the client and the major components of the trip (flights, hotels, etc) are booked and confirmed. Congratulations, you are officially booked!
~ Itinerary Finalization: As the trip date approaches, final touches are made and confirmed, for example, for ground transportation, tour bookings, and concierge services, as applicable. We coordinate with your hotels, tour providers, in-destination support teams, and other service partners to ensure they have the necessary information about you and your itinerary to ensure a smooth trip.
~ Pre-Departure Conversation: A couple of weeks prior to departure, the finalized itinerary is delivered in a consolidated Final Itinerary, with all confirmations, hotel and tour addresses, names, and contact information for the in-destination team supporting your trip. We review the plan line-by-line to answer any questions and ensure everything is in place per your expectations, and make any final adjustments if necessary.
~ Departure Day: You are ready to go, and your travel team is ready to ensure you have an amazing time! If anything unexpected comes up, you have a team behind you (both myself and the in-destination team) ready to help get you back on track so you can focus on enjoying the trip.
